Push button to release a medal, and medal rolls on upper rail. Push button at preferable position and drop medal. When medals in pockets are lined up horizontal, vertical, and cross way, medals are paid out. If medal gets into red start hole, it is roulette chance. If medals get into blue start hole, it is out roulette and you have possibility to loose your medals.
